Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the Minor League Ball Gameday discussion thread for Thursday, October 12th, 2017.

Yesterday was Day Two of the 2017 Arizona Fall League. Some highlights:

****Pittsburgh Pirates prospect Mitch Keller threw three shutout innings for the Glendale Desert Dogs against the Peoria Javelinas, fanning four.

****New York Mets outfield prospect Kevin Kaczmarski and Los Angeles Angels first base prospect Matt Thaiss both went 3-for-4 for the Scottdale Scorpions against Mesa Solar Sox.

****The Solar Sox countered with a 3-for-4 games from Oakland Athletics prospects shortstop Sheldon Neuse and Chicago Cubs second baseman David Bote. Both Bote and Neuse hit home runs, driving in three and four runs respectively.

****Texas Rangers pitching prospect David Ledbetter threw three shutout innings for the Surprise Saguaros against the Salt River Rafters.
