Although it took a little while for him to pull away, Taijuan Walker wins the #12 spot on our list, leaving it very much an open question as to who comes next. Walker finished with 29 points. Next were Javier Baez with 11, Travis D'Arnaud with 9 and Rougned Odor with 8. Following were James Paxton with 5, Nick Castellanos with 4, Colin McHugh at 3 and Jake Odorizzi with 2. No support for Ender Inciarte or Billy Hamilton.

While Inciarte not finding any support quite yet isn't much of a surprise, I did expect that Hamilton would begin to draw some votes by now. That not being the case, both are dropped for the time being.
We'll bring back Delin Betances this round. Kolton Wong will be back next round.
This leaves as temporarily dropped:
Kolton Wong 0 votes (round 10), Joe Panik 0 votes (round 11), Danny Santana 0 votes (round 11), Billy Hamilton 0 votes (round 12), Ender Inciarte 0 votes (round 12)
We are going to add Kevin Keirmaier to the ballot this round.
Players who are still on the list to get their first time on the ballot are Ken Giles, Jackie Bradley, Jr., Roenis Elias, Matt Shoemaker, Carlos Martinez,Trevor Bauer and Jonathon Schoop. I haven't decided who to add as a tester next round. Suggestions appreciated..
As a reminder, voting is by +1 for your first choice and +2 for your second choice. Three points will be awarded for each +1 vote and 1 point for each +2 vote.
So, who is your #13 prospect among last year's rookie class?
