Although the voting in round 10 was close enough to require a runoff, the runoff itself wasn't close at all as Kevin Gausman beat Taijuan Walker 10-3 to complete the top 10 on our list. Given how lopsided the voting was, I'm not entirely sure whether Walker will be next or not, so we will leave him on the ballot to find out. Complete voting results are on the runoff thread.

10. Kevin Gausman Pitcher Batimore Orioles
Jake Odorizzi only got a single second place vote last round, and there were no votes for Kolton Wong, so both will be temporarily dropped.
We'll bring back Danny Santana who has been off the ballot for quite a while and Billy Hamilton for this round. Next round I'm expecting to add Colin McHugh and maybe James Paxton.
Until then, this leaves as temporarily dropped:
Colin McHugh 0 votes (round 6), James Paxton 1 vote (round 8), Dellin Bentances 0 votes (round 8), Jake Odorizzi 1 vote (round 10), Kolton Wong 0 votes (round 10)
We aren't going to add anyone to the ballot this round, but will definitely get Inciarte on next round.
Players who are still on the list to get their first time on the ballot are Ender Inciarte, Kevin Kiermaier (1 vote round 7), Ken Giles, Jackie Bradley, Jr., Roenis Elias, Matt Shoemaker and Trevor Bauer. Absent write in votes, I'm inclined to add them in pretty much the order I have them listed. If you want someone sooner, or someone else you think deserves consideration for the top 20 that isn't listed, please suggest below..
As a reminder, voting is by +1 for your first choice and +2 for your second choice. Three points will be awarded for each +1 vote and 1 point for each +2 vote.
So, who is your #11 prospect among last year's rookie class?
