2012 Baseball Prospect Book Update
If you ordered the electronic (.pdf) version of the 2012 Baseball Prospect Book before Friday, you should have received it early this morning in your email. We had a few people who provided inaccurate email addresses and those bounced back as undeliverable. If you think you are in this category, email for assistance at JSBN01@aol.com.
If you have a gmail account, please check your spam filter. We have multiple reports of the .pdf ending up in Gmail spam filters.
The .pdf is emailed once a day.
The paper copy of the book will start shipping Wednesday, February 1st. We still have some paper copies available but they are going quickly, so get your orders in!
Thanks, everyone!

Just placed my order for the PDF, excited to see this years! I would have preferred some sort of combo offer to buy both, maybe that’s something you can consider for next year.
Anyway, appreciate all the work you do here, love your stuff.

The thing you guys need to remember: a .pdf copy is equivalent to a paper copy in terms of the time spent creating it.
If someone bought two paper copies, I would charge them for two books. Since the .pdf is the same thing as a paper copy in terms of time and effort, if I made a “package deal” I would very quickly go out of business.

That’s one way to look at it, John. Respectfully, I would argue that the effort spent creating it is all a sunk cost once you’ve done it, and the more revenue you can generate, the better, assuming of course that you’re covering the hard costs of printing & distributing the physical book.
