Against my better judgement I'm going to take Dominic de la Osa from Vanderbilt. He plays RF there but I will select him as a SS, where he looked good at on the Cape.

Wasn't on the BA top 200 but showed all 5 tools and was top 20 on the cape last year and had a big year at the plate.
