Possible questions to discuss: will the Twins regret the Johan Santana contract? Locking up the best pitcher in the league for four years seems like a good idea. But what is Santana's injury risk? Will this come back to bite the Twins, as the Joe Mays contract did? At this point, Santana looks like the best Rule 5 pick in recent history. If you were a GM, what sort of player would you look for in the Rule 5 draft?
