Minor League Baseball has more than it’s fair share of iconic or scenic stadiums. Most of them you can get to for a pretty inexpensive and fun night out.
I’ve had the opportunity to have been to a few in my travels, ranging from Coolray Field in my backyard (almost) to AirHogs Stadium of Independent Ball in Grand Prairie, Texas. Surprisingly, I don’t think we’ve ever had the discussion on which is the favorite minor league ballpark within our community.
So let’s fire it up. Here are a few I’ve enjoyed over the years:
BB&T Park, Charlotte Knights

Northeast Delta Dental Stadium, New Hampshire Fisher Cats
Smokies Stadium, Tennessee Smokies
Coolray Stadium, Gwinnett Stripers

And of course, I love State Mutual where the Rome Braves play, but that is because I’m there a lot throughout the year.
So, what are some of your favorite ballparks to go to?
