How soon do you get to .500?

MLB: Milwaukee Brewers at San Diego Padres

Earlier this week we discussed the future of each team in the American League East. Today we’ll fly across the country and start on the National League West.

The San Diego Padres are currently in last place with a 59-88 record. They also have a very strong farm system, one of the deepest in baseball. The question: how do you convert a strong farm system into success on the major league field?

Points for discussion:

***What’s your plan for integrating Francisco Mejia, Luis Urias, and Fernando Tatis Jr. into the major league lineup over the next year?

***How good can Joey Lucchesi and Eric Lauer be in the coming years?

***How soon do you get to .500? How soon do you challenge for the division title?
