Introducing Jason Kinander, new Minor League Ball contributor

New, 2 comments

Once the Chicago White Sox entered their rebuild, I was immediately thrown into the world of the minors. Since the Winter Meetings of 2016, I've fallen in love with minor league baseball.

Hello. My name is Jason Kinander, and I am unbelievably excited to be the newest contributor at Minor League Ball.

I live in Chicago, Illinois, and I am a lifelong, die-hard Chicago White Sox fan. From the 2005 World Series to the 2008 Blackout Game to today’s rebuild, I have lived and breathed Chicago White Sox baseball throughout my entire life.

On top of my love for the White Sox, I would call myself an avid baseball fan before anything. Most mornings and nights you can find me watching MLB Network, and most days you can find me watching or writing about baseball.

Ever since last July, I have been writing for DaWindyCity, the Chicago Sports page on Fansided. I have written about the Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks, Cubs and primarily, the White Sox.

I have a passion for all levels of baseball, from college baseball to the minors to the big leagues. I love learning as much as possible about baseball in general, and I love even more to spread that knowledge to fans just like myself through my writing.

As a member of Minor League Ball, I plan on writing about all things related to minor league baseball. You can expect anything in relation to the draft, trades, analysis and more from me.

I’m incredibly happy and excited to be aboard, so lets get this started!
