****San Diego Padres outfield prospect Franmil Reyes continued his march through the Pacific Coast League, going 3-for-5 with a home run for El Paso. He’s hit eight homers in his last five games and has an overall line of .339/.419/.750 with 13 bombs, 14 walks, and 27 strikeouts in 112 at-bats.
****Colorado Rockies shortstop prospect Brendan Rodgers went 3-for-4 with two homers and five RBI for Double-A Hartford. He stands at .298/.336/.519 on the campaign.
****Oakland Athletics prospect Franklin Barreto went 3-for-5 with two homers and five RBI for Triple-A Nashville. He’s now at .304/.388/.609 on the season.
****Milwaukee Brewers pitching prospect Corbin Burnes fanned 13 over seven innings for Triple-A Colorado Springs, giving up four hits and one run without walking anyone.
****Cleveland Indians pitching prospect Zach Plesac threw a nine-inning complete game shutout for High-A Lynchburg, giving up just two hits and zero walks. He fanned three. The nephew of former major league pitcher Dan Plesac, Zach was drafted in the 12th round in 2016 from Ball State University.
