MONDAY EVENTS
****Houston Astros prospect Kyle Tucker went 3-for-4 with two runs scored and three RBI for Triple-A Fresno against Salt Lake in Pacific Coast League play. He’s hitting .349 in his last 10 games and stands at .293/.371/.457 overall.
****The Springfield Cardinals in the Double-A Texas League pulled off a 4-6-3-1-5 triple play to end their game against the Arkansas Travelers.
****Cincinnati Reds prospect Nick Senzel went 1-for-3 with a home run, two walks, and a stolen base for Triple-A Louisville, easing concerns about a shoulder injury suffered over the weekend. He’s hitting .267/.360/.467 overall including .306 in his last 10 games after a slowish start to the year.
****San Diego Padres pitching prospect Chris Paddack made his 2018 debut with six shutout innings for High-A Lake Elsinore, giving up just three hits and zero walks while fanning seven. He missed all of 2017 recovering from Tommy John surgery.
