COOL STUFF THAT HAPPENED ON THURSDAY
****It was a good night for Pittsburgh Pirates pitching prospects Tyler Glasnow threw six innings for Indianapolis in the International League playoffs against Durham, giving up two hits and two walks for one run while fanning nine. Meanwhile, Mitch Keller with Double-A Altoona threw a nine-inning one-hit shutout against Bowie, giving up to walks while fanning four and reportedly touching 98-99 MPH.
****New York Yankees prospect Thairo Estrada went 4-for-5 for Double-A Trenton in Eastern League playoff action against Binghamton, hitting for the cycle.
****28-year-old Milwaukee Brewers farmhand Aaron Wilkerson threw seven no-hit innings for Triple-A Colorado Springs in Pacific Coast League play against Memphis, giving up just one walk while fanning 11.
