Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the Minor League Ball Gameday discussion thread for Saturday, July 8th 2017.

I am almost recovered from the stomach flu and want to thank everyone who stepped up in my absence, especially Asher and Eric with the roster previews, Ricky with the 2012 flashback and Wayne with Gamedays. My next goal is to get caught up with all the rookie profiles, then turn to mid-year organization updates for all 30 teams.

As for the rookie profiles, I know I have to do Ronald Herrera of the Yankees, Paul Blackburn of the Athletics, Miguel Gomez of the Giants, and Chris O’Grady of the Marlins, plus just-promoted Zack Granite of the Twins. Who else am I missing? Here’s the list so far. I scan the transaction wire every day but someone always gets through.
