Spring training begins in earnest with the first 2017 exhibition games

Good morning and afternoon everyone and welcome to the Minor League Ball Gameday discussion thread for Friday, February 24th, 2017. This is a real Gameday thread now with the opening of spring training exhibition games. There are five games this afternoon and one this evening.
