Good morning everyone and welcome to the Minor League Ball Gameday discussion thread for Tuesday, October 24th, 2017. After taking the weekend off the Arizona Fall League resumed play yesterday. Some highlights:

****Cleveland Indians prospects Bobby Bradley and Francisco Mejia both homered for the Glendale Desert Dogs yesterday but it wasn’t enough to win as the Dogs lost a 14-7 slugfest to the Peoria Javelinas. Boston Red Sox prospect Michael Chavis and Atlanta Braves prospect Alex Jackson hit home runs for the victors. Jackson in particular is having a strong fall league, hitting .364/.417/.788 with four homers in eight games.

****Minnesota Twins prospect Chris Paul and Texas Rangers farmhand Yanio Perez led the hitting attack with home runs for the Surprise Saguaros in their 4-3 win over the Salt River Rafters. Baltimore Orioles prospect Ryan Mountcastle went 3-for-4 with a home run in the losing cause.

****Washington Nationals prospect Victor Robles went 2-for-4 with a pair of runs scored for the Mesa Solar Sox in their 5-2 triumph over the Scottsdale Scorpions.
