New York Mets preliminary prospect grade breakdown

Here's the first run grade distribution breakdown for 47 New York Mets prospects, listed below.

Grade A: One
Grade A-: Zero
Grade B+: Zero
Grade B: Two
Grade B-: Seven
Grade C+: 17
Grade C:  20

This feels light to be honest; my intuitive liking for the Mets talent base is stronger than this initial distribution implies. There is a wide range of variation in the B/B-/C+ territory and I'd expect some shifting upward of the grades once I work through every player in more detail.

As just one example, my first look at Gsellman developed a case for a B+, another case for a B, and another case for a B-. I have to figure out which case is best.
