Baltimore Orioles organization discussion

I am now working on the New York Mets Top 20 prospects list for 2017.  The next team in line is the Baltimore Orioles, to be followed by the Milwaukee Brewers, Detroit Tigers, Colorado Rockies, Los Angeles Angels, Miami Marlins, Toronto Blue Jays, the Cincinnati Reds, the Seattle Mariners, and finally the San Diego Padres.

****The Orioles finished at 89-73 in 2016, second place in the American League Eastern Division. What is a realistic expectation for 2017?
