Chicago White Sox organization discussion

I am now working on the Colorado Rockies Top 20 prospects list for 2016. The next team in line is the Chicago White Sox, to be followed by the Pittsburgh Pirates, Seattle Mariners, San Diego Padres, and the Top 175 prospects list.

Use this thread to discuss the Chicago White Sox system. Possible topics for discussion include, but are certainly not limited to

****The White Sox finished 76-86 last year, good for fourth place in the American League Central division. What do you expect for 2016? Do they get back to .500? Do they get back to the top of the division? Or do they fall apart entirely?

****Who is the real Erik Johnson? The solid young pitcher we saw in 2013 and 2015? Or the guy who got hammered in 2014?

****What are  your expectations for Carlos Rodon? Is he a great leap forward type? Or more of a steady developer?

****There is a lot of peer pressure in prospect circles to praise Tim Anderson's athleticism, youth, and outstanding across-the-board tools while ignoring or making excuses for his extreme aggression at the plate. Where do you come down on this issue?
