Pittsburgh Pirates organization discussion

I am now working on the Boston Red Sox top 20 prospects list for 2017. The next team in line is the Pittsburgh Pirates, to be followed by the Chicago White Sox, Los Angeles Dodgers,Oakland Athletics, New York Mets, Baltimore Orioles, and the Milwaukee Brewers.

Use this thread to discuss the Pittsburgh Pirates organization. Possible points for discussion include, but are certainly not limited to:

****The Pirates finished at 78-83 in 2016, third place in the National League Central Division. How easy, or how difficult, will it be to get back to .500 in '17? What about 90 wins? Any hope they can challenge the Cubs?

****Do you have any interest in or desire to trade Andrew McCutchen? What kind of prospect package should you get in return?

****Which pitcher is best in the year 2020: Gerrit Cole, Jameson Taillon, or Tyler Glasnow?

****Can Steven Brault be more than a fifth starter?

****They are graduated off prospect lists now, but what slash lines can you expect from Josh Bell and Adam Frazier going forward?

****As always, discuss your sleeper prospects or anything else Pirates-oriented.
