Don't blink or you might miss it. The off season is now over and you can turn down the hot stove to lukewarm. Spring training is already here as teams are preparing for another incredible season.
Each team had their own game plan heading after the Giants clinched their third title in five years. While some were active participants in re-tooling their major league roster (cough cough AJ Preller cough cough), others decided to stand pat and stick with what they already had. Then you get to the front offices that decided the direction they were headed was not where they wanted to go. Once barren farms now show signs of life, and the future looks just a bit brighter.
So who went to work and made the most improvements to their minor league system? First, lets take a look at how active each team was in acquiring and dealing away prospects and other minor league players. We'll break them down into the wheelers and dealers, the hoarders, and the Swiss (neutral) for easier reading
