I am now working on the Milwaukee Brewers Top 20 Prospects for 2016 list. The next team in line is the Boston Red Sox, to be followed by the Los Angeles Dodgers, Oakland Athletics, Miami Marlins, New York Yankees, Chicago Cubs, and the Los Angeles Angels.
Use this thread to discuss the Boston Red Sox organization. Possible topics for discussion include, but are certainly not limited to,
***Assume that Dave Dombrowski and Mike Hazen are reading this article and will take, and implement, whatever advice you give them regarding Hanley Ramirez and Pablo Sandoval. Give it.
***True or False: Andrew Benintendi will be the best hitter to come out of the 2015 draft. Not necessarily the best overall player once defense and positional value is factored in (let's say that's Dansby Swanson or Brendan Rodgers), but the best hitter.
***Anderson Espinosa looks like a potential number one starter to me, granted all the usual caveats about staying healthy. Is that too enthusiastic?
***Eduardo Rodriguez: is what you see what you get, or can he become a genuine top-of-the-rotation arm?
***Blake Swihart: project his future power development.
***As always, feel free to share your thoughts on sleepers and overlooked prospects, or guys you think are overrated, or anything Red Sox-oriented.
