Minor League Ball Community Discussion: You're the GM! (pick your team edition)

You will wake up tomorrow morning and a genie will give you a wish: you can become the GM for any team, but working under a "team president" situation (like Boston with Dave Dombrowski or Philadelphia with Andy MacPhail or the new arrangement announced today in Oakland).

You can be the GM for any club, but you're not quite the final decision-maker: you can do what you want with smaller moves (waiver claims, Rule 5, small trades, cheap free agents, mid-to-late rounds of the draft) but you have to sell major moves (big free agents, major trades, early round draft picks) to an experienced baseball person above you.
