Minor league affiliates shuffle for 2015

It's that time of year again: minor league teams and major league organizations have between September 16th and September 30th to sign new player development affiliation contracts (assuming the old ones have expired). Some years see little turnover, but other seasons are more active and thus far there have been quite a few changes heading into 2015. Here is what we know so far:

TRIPLE-A
INTERNATIONAL LEAGUE:
**No changes
PACIFIC COAST LEAGUE:
**Albuquerque Isotopes switch from Los Angeles Dodgers to Colorado Rockies
**Colorado Springs SkySox switch from Rockies to Milwaukee Brewers
**Fresno Grizzlies switch from San Francisco Giants to Houston Astros
**Nashville Sounds switch from Brewers to Oakland Athletics
**Oklahoma City Redhawks switch from Astros to Dodgers
**Sacramento RiverCats switch from Athletics to Giants

DOUBLE-A
EASTERN LEAGUE:
**New Britain Rock Cats switch from Minnesota Twins to Colorado Rockies
SOUTHERN LEAGUE:
**Chattanooga Lookouts switch from Dodgers to Twins
TEXAS LEAGUE:
**Tulsa Drillers switch from Rockies to Dodgers

HIGH-A
CALIFORNIA LEAGUE:
**Bakersfield Blaze switch from Cincinnati Reds to Seattle Mariners.
***High Desert Mavericks contract with Mariners expired, no word on new affiliation.
CAROLINA LEAGUE:
**Carolina Mudcats contract with Cleveland Indians has expired, no word on new affiliation.
**Lynchburg Hillcats switch from Atlanta Braves to Indians
**Myrtle Beach Pelicans switch from Texas Rangers to Chicago Cubs
FLORIDA STATE LEAGUE:
**Daytona Cubs switch from Cubs to Reds; new name for team yet to be determined.

LOW-A:
MIDWEST LEAGUE:
**Beloit Snappers contract with Athletics has expired, no word on new affiliation
**Kane County Cougers contract with Cubs has expired, no word on new affiliation
***South Bend Silver Hawks switch from Arizona Diamondbacks to Cubs
SOUTH ATLANTIC LEAGUE:
**No changes

SHORT-SEASON A-BALL AND ROOKIE BALL
NEW YORK-PENN LEAGUE
**Jamestown (NY) Jammers will move to Morgantown, West Virginia. Affiliation is with Pittsburgh Pirates.
NORTHWEST LEAGUE:
**Boise Hawks switch from Cubs to Rockies
**Eugene Emeralds switch from San Diego Padres to Cubs
**Tri-City Dust Devils switch from Rockies to Padres

No changes in Appalachian League or Pioneer League.
