Congratulations go out to the most recent champions, the State College Spikes (STL), who won the New York-Penn League (A-) title. This is also the second short season championship for the Cardinals organization as the Appalachian League Johnson City Cardinals (R+) already took home a title. All leagues are either in the finals or have the two teams determined already. Each league is different in how many rounds and how many games each series consists of. That breakdown will come in the probable starters section along with where the series stands.
