Good afternoon prospect watchers. Minor league action is about to end, with just one game going in the Pioneer League championships tonight.

***Yesterday, the San Antonio Missions won the Texas League crown with a 5-0 victory over the Arkansas Travelers. Minor league veteran starter Josh Geer, Padres prospect Matt Wisler, and prospect Jeremy McBryde combined to shut down the Arkansas hitting attack.

***In the Southern League, White Sox prospect Micah Johnson led the Birmingham Barons with a home run in a 4-2 victory over Mobile.

***Work queue: Jimmy Nelson of the Milwaukee Brewers, David Holmberg of the Arizona Diamondbacks, Onelki Garcia of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Tommy Medica of the San Diego Padres, Christian Colon of the Kansas City Royals, and Jose Ramirez of the Cleveland Indians.

Feel free to make other suggestions.
