2013 MLB Draft: Matt Garrioch's Top 100 Draft Prospects

Since High School season is upon us in the southern states and the College season is underway, I thought this would be a good time to update my top 100 draft prospects.

Here is my current list of Top 100 Prospects for the 2013 Major League Baseball Draft.
