Minor League Ball Gameday, Oct 16: MLB Playoff Edition

Good afternoon baseball fans. Here is today's prediction and discussion thread for post-season MLB action.

Yesterday, I predicted that the Tigers would beat the Red Sox 5-1 and that the Cardinals would defeat the Dodgers 8-5. The actual results were Boston 1, Detroit 0, and St. Louis 4, Los Angeles 2. This moves my post-season prediction record to 16-12.

For today, I predict that the Dodgers stave off elimination behind Zack Greinke, who has one of the best games of his life and leads his team to a 6-0 victory with a complete game shutout. In the American League, I predict that the Tigers beat the Red Sox 5-3, bringing that series to a 2-2 tie.
