Texas Rangers Organization Discussion

I am now working on the Washington Nationals prospect list. The next team in line is the Texas Rangers, to be followed by the Philadelphia Phillies, Tampa Bay Rays, Los Angeles Dodgers, Seattle Mariners, and the Boston Red Sox.

***The recent success of the Rangers obviously owes a great deal to the farm system, both in providing players directly for the roster and for developing trade chits to entice other teams. What do you see as the biggest holes on the major league roster currently, and how would you use the farm system to fill them?

**Any hope for Mike Olt and Jurickson Profar to play regularly in 2013?

**What is the greatest weakness in the farm system? Pitching? What would you do to address this?
