After reading the last few posts, you should know what to expect from the draft pick you are looking at. You now know how likely the pick is to be an all-time great or an occasional all star. You can then reference this chart to find out how quickly this player is to make it to the major leagues. These are averages, so your player could move quicker than this or slower than this, but it gives you an idea of when to expect help at the major league level.
