Ryan Harvey homers 4 times last night

Have to give a shout here for this impressive accomplishment by a graduate of my high school alma mater (Dunedin):

"[Daytona Beach, FL] And then there was one, one man holding the Florida State League record for most home runs in a single game: Cubs outfielder Ryan Harvey. The slugger knocked four homers and drove in six runs to lead Daytona (22-12) over the Threshers (20-15) by a final score of 10-9 on Friday night.

Harvey was the news for the first place Daytona Cubs the entire game and especially at the end of the contest. The slugger came up for the first time in the bottom of the first inning with nobody on base and cranked a line-drive homer deep into left-center field to tie the game 1-1. The Cubs would go ahead to bring Harvey up with a 4-2 lead and nobody on in the bottom of the sixth inning. This time Harvey would put some pop into the ball blasting the pitch an estimated 420 feet for his second homer off the starter Luke Lockwood down the line in left."

"Harvey stands alone in Florida State League history as the only player to ever hit four homers in one game. Harvey has now raised his season total to 16 bombs after the 4/5 day at the plate to go with 66 RBI."
