Back to extended spring training.  Not sure how often hand tendonitis happens in kids his age.  Anybody with some medical experience know how long this may affect him and if its like a wrist injury where its just going to sap power?  Either way, looks like we will have to wait some time to see what this kid can really do.

Not a prospect anymore but he's a guy thats never really gotten a shot.  Does anyone else feel kinda bad for this guy?  He can obviously hit the ball, but defense and lack of power are keeping him back.  Isn't he basically the OF version of Kevin Youkilis?  Give him a 1b glove and thats basically who he is.  Idk, I just wish for his sake he can get moved somewhere and be allowed to hit.  I guess I'm not really saying anything new but its just frustrating that a guy that can obviously hit is being dicked around with and not sent someplace that he can help a team win games.
