what does your team need to address in the offseason?

For my Royals:

1. Starting Pitchers--I think our starters ERA was close to 6
2. SS--any warm body not named Berroa would work
3. Relief Pitching--Almost as bad as the starters.  Burgos and Sisco regressed this year--not good.
4. Dump old veterans--if we could find takers for Mike Sweeney or Reggie Sanders that would be great, but I'm not holding my breath
5. Backup Catcher

As a long suffering Royals fan (is there any other kind), who are some of the GM prospects out there?  Of course nobody knows if Glass will be able to find a competent GM much less a good one.
