Best DP combo all time
With all the talk the last few days about Angels middle infield prospects Brandon Wood and Howie Kendrick, that bring me back memories of Allan Trammel and Lou Whitacker. They can be probably the best DP combo in the majors in the next decade, assuming they stick at SS and 2B. But my question is.. who is your favorite all time DP combo? I know, I know this is a major league question in a minorleague site, but just curious about other people favorite DP combos.
By the way, my favorite of all time was Felix Fermin and Carlos Baerga of the early 90's Indians but other goods were Alomar-Vizquel, ARod-David Bell and Alomar-Ripken.
Also, other prospects DP combination in the minors?

Alexis Rios OBP
while looking at Alexis Rios stats I noted that his OBP is actually lower at .407 than his batting avg, which is .423. How is that possible? I though OBP will always be at least equal or higher to batting average. Is this correct or an error? Please someone explain this. Thanks
I hope he gets his playing time with Toronto this year because he is lots better than his platoon partner, Erick Hinske

Question to John
John, are you planning on doing something like a TOP 50 prospects for 2006. I think it would be great to have that for the Holidays. Also, is Felix Hernandez still eligible as a rookie? Many Web sites have one, but for example, the one in Rotoworld is so bad, I think I can do it better. The good ones like in Baseball America is only for subscribers. Thanks

Suspected steroid use
Now it looks like Miguel Tejada is providing B12 shots to teammates, but look what happens to Palmeiro with one of those shots that he buys legally in his hometown. I am personally suspicious of him bucause a guy 5'9" is not suposse to be hitting those long balls that frequently. Any other players you suspect?
