hmmm
it's a solid list overall. all my comments are just personal observations, i have no major qualms.
think you might want to drop bailey, jennings about 10spots each. bailey's ranking was around the same spot last yr and his stock has definitely taken a hit. jennings has shown he has massive potential but he still needs to refine his approach. mcgee and porcello, villalona should likewise drop 5-10spots. all have massive potential, but mcgee currently has only 1 plus pitch, porcello hasn't pitched in pro ball yet, villalona great hitter that he is, is only 17 and still very raw.
that said i have jennings, porcello and villalona on my farm so i'm not bashing them for the sake of it, but how i realistically view them.

Here's why I ranked the guys you mentioned where I did.

Bailey:  He didn't do as good as was expected, but overall he didn't do too bad.  His stuff is still what it was last year.  Before the injury he was right on track.

Jennings:  Love the potential.  Showed great speed, some power, and good plate discipline (45 BB to 53 SO)

Porcello, McGee, and Villalona:  I ranked them high because of their potential.  Porcello had the best scouting reports for a HS pitcher in a long time.  McGee has something you can't teach, great velocity.  At worst he should be a good closer and if he can work on an off speed pitch he will could bve an ace.  Villalona's potential is really unmatched.  He has a long way to go, but last year was a very good start.

hmmm
well like i said, i have no major qualms with your list, any difference is really on own risk-adversiveness. i like your list more than quite a few i've seen.

elvis andrus
if triunfel is on the list, andrus should be, not saying either should be necessarily

Andrus
is another guy that just missed it.  IMO Triunfel has a higher ceiling.  He is two years younger and put up similar numbers to Andrus.

If I went to 60 they would both have been on it.

odd...
just seems strange that Texas has a top 5 farm system that never has anybody in the top 50.

As fr as truinfeld, i have a hard time vlueing him as high as most because i dont think hell stay in MINF and may not have the top for CINF or OF.... Awsome to see a guy hit for average at his age, but lets just say im not a believer...

Batting practice tomorrow you be there....I have Pop, everyday

No Adam Miller?
I know he has some injury concerns, but when healthy he has frontline stuff.

Thats a big if
Injury concerns and getting hit pretty hard last season in AAA dropped him IMO.

nice list
I like you're list, and the fact you give explanations.

What about Dan Cortes? Where does he fit in?

Little late
Sorry I missed this question at first.  Great fastball and curve.  Huge upside, but also a huge risk.  Last year was really the first time he put up numbers to match his stuff.  Just off the top my head he would have probably been in my top 70, maybe top 60.  This year will be huge for him, I'm thinking he will either rise to a top 30 prospect or make a big fall.
