Luke Scott
Luke Scott is absolutely tearing up ST and has seemingly one a spot on the 25-man. Thoughts...
Scott was aquired along with Willy Taveras for Jeroime Roberston during ST last year. At the time he almost seemed like a bit of a throw in, but he might even get a starting job with Berkman out, depending on how the Burke/Taveras/Biggio issue works out.
He's a left handed stick that can play the corners and CF with a Berkman type range (only if needed).
Does he make the club? How do you project him short and long term?

Luke
I don't think it's unreasonable to project Scott to hit around .260/.340/.480 this year. He has shown good plate discipline at every stop with some power. The only thing that has stopped him from advancing quicker have been injuries.
Long term, I see him more as a 4th OF type.

Scott Predictions
I'd love to hear what John Sickels has to say about him though.
I see him as a Burnitz type, but with a little better avg. and obp...not much, but enough to make a difference.
