Signability is one of the biggest questions with draft picks each year and it is also one of the toughest to predict but this is my view this year.

A lot of states in this area have very little baseball but this year they have a very strong crop. I'd bet at least three go in the first round but as many as 9 will get 1st round consideration.

The Southeast is where a lot of the draft's strength is. There are a lot of question marks on some of these guys but there is also star power.
