fantasy 1st year player draft questions

I play in a 5x5 dynasty, 14 teams, 27 man MLB, 15 man milb. Hitters tend to be more valued. I'm just about up for my 2nd round pick. Our draft includes players from both the June draft and the July 2 class, as well as Cubans who've signed since our winter MLB draft (Odismar Despaigne this year).

My board, in very rough order, looks something like:

Jeff Hoffman - Given the league context and the time that pitchers usually have to develop at the MLB level, I generally only pursue pitching prospects if I see ace potential. I can usually find a potential #2 SP in free agency in the majors who hasn't figured it out yet. Hoffman has the stuff, but does he have the command to reach ace status?

Trea Turner - I love to hog the good SS prospects in a dynasty league. They're always tradeable, and sometimes I can get enough of them to drive up the price. And they tend to switch positions. Turner has the speed and defense. He's hit so far in A ball, but coming from a major college conference he should hit there. What do people think of his bat?

Derek Fisher - Seems like the reports on have him varied pretty widely. I don't know what to think of him.

Pedro Gonzalez - A wildcard, one to dream on. Rare physical profile with the makings of a good hitter. Will benefit from Colorado. I generally shy away from taking July 2 guys in our draft in favor of picking up breakout Latins in low A, but other owners are trending towards taking the big bonus guys in the draft and I see the potential in this particular one.

Braxton Davidson - I'm a Braves fan, so he might be a late round pick for me. I recall seeing a good bit last summer about Davidson having one of the biggest power bats in the high school class with questions about contact. This spring he's focused on contact successfully but at the expense of power, to the point where some graded his hit tool above his power. If he can bring those 2 aspects together, the bat would play in fantasy. My league has an IF utility spot and a general UTIL spot, so I tend to play either 3 1B and 3 OF or 2 1B and 4 OF, so I'm not at all worried about his defense.

AJ Reed - Should be one of the most polished 1B in the draft, and as I wrote under Davidson my league gives plenty of opportunity to use a good 1B.
