Franchise movement and affiliation changes

I am always interested in following the movement from city to city of the various minor league franchises. I also like to read up on changes in affiliation agreements. It's interesting to learn which city is in danger of losing a team and which cities are gaining teams. More often than not the new teams are in places I have never heard of like Round Rock, Texas or Eastlake, Ohio. I am pretty sure that Morgantown, West Virginia is supposed to be getting a NY-Penn franchise. Is this correct? Isn't El Paso, Texas getting a Pacific Coast League team? Is that where the Tucson franchise is moving? I am especially interested in which franchise is moving to Morgantown. I sure hope it isn't the Williamsport Crosscutters. They play in my hometown.

Are there any websites out there that focus on tracking franchise movement and affiliation changes? I go to minorleaguebaseball.com every so often, but it's a slog to get through it all. I would really just like to see a data table.
