Frazier has a shot at the #1 overall pick in the 2013 draft. This is one reason why, or two reasons why.
Loganville, Georgia, high school outfielder Clint Frazier has elite bat speed. Even though he is 6'1" on paper and more 5'11" when standing next to you, he has lightning fast wrists and popeye forearms. He has nearly as much power as anyone in the draft due to that and he displayed that in his first game of the year.
