Aaron Hicks, Jesse Biddle and Eddie Rosario join our list of highly regarded prospects in slots 73 through 75. Voting is now open for the next three slots. The list of candidates got longer than usual, so I'm not going to add any more names to it, except for Clayton Blackburn, who got multiple votes in the pool/rotation section. Note that there are a couple of people on the "main" ballot whose support has been weak; consider them in "probation" and possible candidates for moving down to pool/rotation unless their support increases.
