Consider them tied, although yours truly as benevolent dictator put Osuna at 92 and Perez at 93. Perez fans can just pretend he's 92. Frankly, Perez is like the cute puppy in the old ASPCA ad who grew up and your neighbors now keep him outside in the doghouse in the snow. He is 3 in dog years after all. I know he made the majors at 21 and could still be good, Johan Santana junior and all that. This is more commentary than usual from the emcee. Anyway, we move on to numbers 94-96.
