7. Michael Wacha, Cardinals, Pitcher
9. Zack Wheeler, Mets, Pitcher
I'm going to temporarily drop Avisail Garcia and Jaun Lagares. I'm going to give Trevor Rosenthal one more chance to drum up some support.
Temporarily Dropped- Tony Cingrani 0 votes (round 7), Nolan Arenado 0 votes (round 8), Hyun-Jin Ryu 0 votes (round 8), Jose Iglesias 0 votes (round 8), Avisail Garcia 0 votes (round 9), Juan Lagares 0 votes (round 9)
I'm going to put Danny Salazar back on the ballot as he drew some support last round and was due to be added back anyway. I'm going to return Chris Archer to the ballot and for the first time, add Brad Miller.
That leaves Nick Franklin, Oswaldo Arcia, Jared Cosart, Khris Davis, Jedd Gyorko and AJ Pollock on the to be added soon list. If there is anyone not yet identified who you think belongs in the top 20 now would be a good time to suggest them as we've now got a total of 30 guys either already voted on the list, currently on the ballot, temporarily dropped, or waiting to get on for the first time.
So who is the tenth best prospect for future performance among last year's rookies? If any clarification is needed, we are essentially rating this group of players for their future as if they were still prospects, the same as we did last year when they had their rookie eligibility. As a reminder voting is by +1 for your #1 candidate, and +2 for your #2 candidate.
