15 team dynasty league going into its 3rd year. Roto scoring. 30 player MLB roster with 20 player MiLB roster. There has been some turnover in this league, but we've seemed to solidify it last year. We need to replace 3 owners with some active, knowledgeable guys to keep the league going strong.

We plan on starting our annual first year players draft in February. It's a 5 round draft, but you don't have to go all 5 rounds. For example, say you've got a really solid 20 players on your MiLB roster and you like all of them more than any of the 2012 MLB June Draft draftees or International Free Agent signings, you can choose to not take any picks in the FYP draft, sticking with your 20. Or, you could only go two rounds and replace two players on your roster. Up to you how many rounds you go (kind of like the MLB Rule 5 draft).
