I know we had a similar FanPost a couple months back, but now that John's lists are done and everyone's had a decent amount of time to collect their thoughts on prospects, I'm curious as to who you think will break out in 2013. This break out can manifest itself in several ways, like a short-season guy ready to take full-season ball by storm, or an older prospect finally looking to get on track in the high-minors. I'm looking for guys that won't find themselves on any top-100 lists but have the ability to launch themselves into the top-50 or even top-25 discussion next year. Include as many names as you want and any scouting or insider info you may have on the guy.
