What pitchers have the highest velocity fastballs on average in the minor leagues (who have not yet pitched int he majors)? Perhaps by league or a top 10 would be neat. Would also be good to see starters vs relievers. I know fangraphs has the data for MLB but I cannot find it for MILB. I think it was carter capps but he is now in the majors, maybe mark montgomery is up there? Anyone you can think of or know above 95 mph on average, please list here.
