2B Prospects... Who is on the way?

The current crop of 2nd base prospects in the minors seems relatively small - having not followed prospects for very long, I am not sure whether this is typical or whether there is a current lull in talent at the position. Most often second base is used as a backup option for infielders who have range and defensive ability, but must move off of SS due to arm strength, etc. This obviously contributes somewhat to the smaller number of 2B prospects, since teams will keep a player at SS as long as possible and allow them to prove that they cannot stay rather than pre-emptively make this decision. With such a small number of impact second basemen in the minors, however, I was surprised that more attention was not paid to 2B during the '12 draft.

Maybe you fellas can provide some insight on the number and value of prospects currently at the position. I include here (A) my top 10 second base prospects, (B) the players likely to move to the position (either for the reason mentioned above, or due to being blocked at their current position by a major leaguer), and (C) the first five second basemen drafted in the 2012 draft. I'm interested to hear everyone's take on the current status of the position - are we previewing a dearth in impact second basemen? Are there more second prospects in the minors that are deserving of attention than I have listed here? What can we expect from the '12 draft class of 2nd basemen - any substantial prospects in the group?
