Shelby already went earlier today and struck out 12 over 7 innings in a losing effort, with 0 walks. So I guess he's moving back up the rankings. Wheeler also went earlier today. After my man love for Pettibone yesterday he got rained out and is going today. So far he has walked 3, which is weird for him. Weirder is that Casey Crosby on the other side has yet to issue a free pass.

In not-really-a-prospect-anymore news, Liam Hendriks is off to the show again tomorrow to replace Nick Blackburn. As bad as Hendriks has been in the majors, Blackburn has been worse this year. I looked at Blackburn's monthly splits to see if he was useful at any point this season and it appears not. I guess Gardy's loyalty can now be quantified at 4.7 months. So best of luck Liam.
