In my mind, Oscar Taveras is the top prospect in baseball. A high walk rate combined with a very low strikeout rate and tremendous power to a All-Star. While there have been some disappointments in terms of prospects with similar tool sets, I think the likely hood of Taveras being an above-average player is higher than any prospect in baseball.
