All eyes are on the major league trade deadline, which is only 24 hours or so away. Will any notable prospects get moved?
Maybe Shelby Miller, who happens to go to tonight in a potential showcase start?
Via cbssports.com:
ESPN.com reports the Cardinals have never been more open to dealing pitching prospect Shelby Miller than right now. However, his stock has plummeted dramatically. "We've lost interest. I know that," an NL executive said. "The stuff coming out of his hand isn't as good. And the body doesn't look good. He's gotten a little heavy, and he's not the same guy."
Onto the other probables (via @jaypers413): Tyrell Jenkins, Enny Romero, Jameson Taillon, Adam Conley vs. Drew Gagnon, Daniel Norris, Aaron Sanchez.... Luis Heredia, Sean Gilmartin (AAA debut), Cam Bedrosian, Keyvius Sampson vs. Barret Loux, Yordano Ventura, Nestor Molina... Tony Cingrani.
