Jeri rescued a black chihuahua which had gotten his collar hung up on a fence last night. We don't know who it belongs to, no ID or anything.

How many pets do you have? What kinds? We have two dogs (poodle and dachshund) and two cats. We don't have room for Flippy the Chihuahua (Jeri insists on calling him Fred, but I think Flippy is better) but we'll make sure he is safe.
